The shepherd’s breakfast

At 8 am, a basket at your door: sourdough bread still warm, fresh brocciu, maquis honey, fig jam, fruit from the market.

At 7 pm on the terrace: Sartène wine, lonzu, ewe’s cheese and olives, to begin your stay.

One evening, a local chef lights the oven under the olive trees and cooks for the two of you by lantern light.
